National Sew a Jelly Roll Day!

National Sew a Jelly Roll Day is coming soon. This year the event is September 20, 2025. The event was started by Moda and I'm excited to be participating as a shop this year!

There was already a sale on all jelly rolls, or rolie polies, but I had to end the sale when stock got incredibly low. Thank you to all of you who support my Etsy shop. Your support of this small business means so much!

My studio space is quite small so I'll have just one person join me for the day. But there are other people sewing up jelly roll projects in advance that I hope to be able to share that day! I am hoping/planning to go live on Instagram during the day to share what is being made, and maybe even what is on the longarm!

Anazasai is the pattern I'm leaning towards sewing up. Here is a link to free Project Jelly Roll patterns that Moda has featured. The Fat Quarter Shop has many free patterns as well; I'm liking this table runner. Just set the sort to Price: Low to High to find the free patterns.

Okay we do still have a couple jelly rolls left in the shop if you are wanting to join in on September 20. I ship same day if the order comes in before NOON. After it'll go out in the evening with with the next day orders.
